Initial Situation
Manual processing of incoming invoices takes time, is prone to errors, and scales poorly as document volume grows. PDF invoices had to be reviewed, relevant data manually transferred, files organized, and information processed further for accounting or reporting. This process created a high manual workload, slowed down internal workflows, and increased the risk of data entry errors.
